Her work often centers on cultural diversity and equality with a particular focus on creating female characters.

Based in Vienna, Pawel has been working as multidisciplinary designer and developer for more than 25 years now, covering all possible design disciplines and software engineering. Over the last 8 years he's been managing and directing cross-functional design and engineering teams.

In his free time he enjoys road biking and also recently started his youtube channel about Enterprise UX

She holds a Nielsen Norman Group certification and speaks six languages, empowering her to bring inclusive, empathetic, and innovative solutions to cross-functional teams.

Bulgarian & based in The Netherlands, Nicko is a Senior Product Designer based in Amsterdam with 8+ years of experience shaping end-to-end UX/UI for SaaS companies.

He’s helped global brands like Nike, Backbase, and EVBox, as well as scaling startups, design features that drive adoption, reduce churn, and build loyalty.

From rapid prototyping that closed multi-million ARR deals to design-led visions that helped startups raise Series A, Nicko has done it all.
