Our expanding team of Review Leads represents diverse countries and design disciplines, bringing together a powerhouse of multidisciplinary expertise. Driven by generosity and a passion for design, they volunteer their time to give back — sharing thoughtful feedback with our community, completely free of charge. At Softerflow, everyone who shares feedback is a Reviewer — because we believe every voice can lead to better design!

We start each session by introducing our community: its origins, philanthropic purpose, and ways you can become a Reviewer. Then, we take a moment to connect by sharing our experiences, life stories, and career aspirations.
